Vampao

I had a dream one night. This dream was the only dream that I had that was completely anime style. In the dream I saw various anime like characters, but the one who stood out the most and the only one who's name I was able to get was this one. She had bright blue hair pale white skin, and actually wore a simple red Qi Pao (Chinese dress, for those who don't know). I decided to make her Qi Pao more elaborate. I didn't want to give her just a simple Qi Pao, however she was wearing a fish net under the Qi Pao in the dream.
Vampao as one of the female characters called her, seemed to be like the main heroine. She almost seemed like Black RockShooter or Erza Scarlet.

I don't know maybe I have been watching too many animes.
